This is the year of bright bottoms, everything from jeans, capris, skirts and now shorts.  Today's post is a great example of how to pull them off if you're over 18, notice the length and higher rise of the short.  I don't recommed the rolled cuff for everyone, especially if you have larger thighs, but hopefully these shorts can be rolled down and are not sewn this way.
