If you're not a fan of color, this post may not be for you.  I'll have to say that I do love these preppy colors - bubblegum pink and kelly green!  Go big or go home, isn't that what they say?  The extra fun unexpected piece to the whole outift is the vintage inspired necklace, which gives this look a real modern feel.  

Now, if only the sweater had a collar we could stand up....

I just love going to weddings. It's so much fun catching up with people you don't see often, checking out what the bridal party is wearing, and feeling all the love in air!  Not to mention it's always a great excuse to get gussied up (which I don't get to do often) and buy a new dress. =)

If you have the pleasure of attending a wedding this summer here's a fun, breezy colorblock dress perfect for an outdoor or morning wedding.  You could also trade in the flat sandals for a wedge, to dress the outfit up even more.

Oh man, am I ready for the weekend!  The weather is finally starting to feel like summer, and school is just about out, yipee! 

The problem for me this time of year is that I haven't yet developed a base tan, so I'm a little shy about showing too much skin.  I know, I should stay lilly white for my own health, but I would still like a little bit of healthy glow. Here's a great outfit to keep you cool in the warmer weather, while giving you a little more time to work on that base!
