I'm optimistic that at some point we WILL be able to wear shorts this spring/summer! So, if you're in the market to spruce up the shorts in your wardrobe here are a few fun options. Also, unless you have very thin legs I would suggest staying way from shorts that are rolled at the bottom. They can make your thighs look like sausages, and I know none of us want that!
